Here's our guide to help you renew your Forestry England Membership
Logging in for the first time?
You'll need to login with the email address you provided at the time of joining or your previous renewal. If you did not provide an email address when you first joined or it has changed, contact us and we will update your account.
Forgotten your account password?
Visit our log-in page, and using your registered email address, request a password reset. This will send you a temporary password which we strongly recommend you then change to a password of your choosing (and not a password you use elsewhere).
How do I renew my Membership on-line?
You can simply add your chosen membership to your basket and then log-in into your account (it will then recognise you are renewing), or if you're already logged-in to your account, choose 'Membership' in your account history and then select the 'renew now' option to add it to your basket.
Membership close to expiring?
Don’t worry. When you renew online you'll be sent an email with details of how you can continue to visit your chosen local forest straight away.
Unable to buy/renew online or need support?
- Email our Membership team for support or call 0300 068 0400 to renew your Membership by phone instead (the team are mainly home-working due to Covid-19, so this is currently a leave a message and we'll call-back service).
- If you did not provide an email address when you first joined or it has changed, contact us and we will update your account.
- We're not able to offer renewing in-person at the majority of our forests at this time, so please seek our support as detailed above.
Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum should renew directly via their independent website.
