Botanical Illustration at Westonbirt Arboretum

A relaxed, tutored class where we learn to observe and draw plants using different art materials and illustration styles - a creatively-focused session for those looking to spend some time carefully observing nature, and discover different ways to capture plants in a friendly group setting.

All materials are included, and we will be focused on capturing the beautiful specimens at Westonbirt using a combination of materials, with the class will be suitable for all levels including those totally new to art.

The aim for the class is to gain confidence, find your style, and enjoy drawing together as a group.
