Spring Family trail at Westonbirt Arboretum

Best Kept Secrets family spring trail

3 March - 31 May

As a place of trees, spring is about unfurling leaves and blossoms, but beyond that, Westonbirt is also home to an abundance of wildlife bustling with life!

This season, a new family trail takes you on a journey to discover what our best kept secrets are at Westonbirt! Try some of the activities at each spot - see if you can spot the changing colours of the horse chestnut flowers, learn about the hidden creatures living in moss, or create a zippy darting bee dance.

Find a rubbing plaque at each trail spot and collect the hidden image in your leaflet! Your leaflet also comes with a trail map.

Collect your leaflet from the Welcome Building, before you head onto the trail.

This is a free trail after admission.

Located in dog friendly Silk Wood.
