Come and join Sarah for an outdoor wellbeing walk with yoga, with your family! Often referred to as walking yoga, mindful walking, or nature yoga, you will experience a gentle and holistic activity that combines the physical benefits of walking with the mental and physical grounding of yoga. This will take place in the Old Arboretum, allowing you to connect and learn about the trees as you go.
It takes yoga practice "off the mat" and into natural environments like forests, beaches, or parks. In essence, an outdoor wellbeing walk with yoga is a slow-paced journey designed to reconnect with the natural world, whilst removing the pressure of our fast-paced modern world. There's no need for prior yoga experience - just come with an open mind and the ability to walk comfortably for around 45minutes. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please arrive five minutes early to update the teacher.
Pre book to avoid disappointment on the day. Wellbeing walks will run at allocated timeslots throughout the day, with sessions suitable for different aged children.
