International Maple Symposium 2026

The Maple Society of Britain and Ireland has partnered with The Maple Society of North America and are delighted to offer a fabulous three day symposium. 

Venue - Day 1 and 2 – Sunday 25 and Monday 26 October

Lectures and lunches will be held at Stonehouse Court, with the option for a Highgrove garden tour, complete with tea and scones, on one of these days and a guided introductory tour of Westonbirt Arboretum.

Venue - Day 3 – Tuesday 27 October 

Gathering will be at The Great Oak Hall, Westonbirt Arboretum before a guided tour devoted entirely to the Westonbirt's maple collection.  

The symposium features talks by some of the world’s leading maple experts, specialist guided tours of Westonbirt Arboretum and Highgrove Gardens, along with a gala dinner at Stonehouse Court. 

Speakers include Dan Crowley, Curator, Westonbirt Arboretum on ‘The Maples of Westonbirt’. 

Cost per Attendee £320, and additional £25 to become a member to book your place, if not already a member of The Maple Society of Britain & Ireland.
