Nature Labyrinth Wellbeing Day at Westonbirt Arboretum

Event details

Come and join Jen and Nadia from Nurture Wild as they share with you the ancient symbol of the labyrinth.

In this restorative workshop, you will:

  • Learn the History & Purpose of Labyrinths. Discover how labyrinths have provided inspiration, supported reflection, stress reduction, and wellbeing across the world.
  • Enjoy nourishing grounding exercises and wellbeing practices.
  • Build a Nature Labyrinth together. Collaborate outdoors using natural materials such as leaves and petals to create a temporary shared space for quiet reflection.
  • Experience walking meditation in beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum. Slow your pace, breathe deeply, and enjoy the calming rhythm of a guided labyrinth walk.
  • Create your own clay finger labyrinth. Craft a small take-home tool to support mindfulness and relaxation in everyday life.

This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stress, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a creative, grounding experience. No prior experience needed.

Come breathe, walk, and create in nature.
