Come and join Jen and Nadia from Nurture Wild as they share with you the ancient symbol of the labyrinth.
In this restorative workshop, you will:
- Learn the History & Purpose of Labyrinths. Discover how labyrinths have provided inspiration, supported reflection, stress reduction, and wellbeing across the world.
- Enjoy nourishing grounding exercises and wellbeing practices.
- Build a Nature Labyrinth together. Collaborate outdoors using natural materials such as leaves and petals to create a temporary shared space for quiet reflection.
- Experience walking meditation in beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum. Slow your pace, breathe deeply, and enjoy the calming rhythm of a guided labyrinth walk.
- Create your own clay finger labyrinth. Craft a small take-home tool to support mindfulness and relaxation in everyday life.
This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stress, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a creative, grounding experience. No prior experience needed.
