Join us at this event to enjoy discovering the range of activities we offer to help you plan your perfect class trip to the arboretum. 

The event is free, but booking is essential.

What can I expect?

A relaxed environment where you can chat to us, find out what is on offer, get to know the site and try out some activities:

• Discover the inspiring and educational programmes provided by Forestry England and Learning With Nature, our learning partner
• Discover the backpacks you can hire and the free activities you can download
• Find out about our national Forestry England lesson plans and resources which you can use in your school grounds or local woodland.
• Join Forestry England and Learning With Nature staff outside to have a go at some of the activities you can use on site with your pupils.
• Afterwards, take a map of the site and check out other the areas we’ve highlighted as the perfect places to take your group.

Can I stay later than my booked session? 

Yes! Please do. We would love you to enjoy the arboretum, explore our trails, take some time out in nature and enjoy our playgrounds. 

Can I bring my family with me? 

Your booking includes entry for up to two adults and your children and you are all welcome to try out our activities.
