Explore Blidworth Woods on horseback along its 9km horse riding trail. The trail is waymarked - follow the posts with horseshoe logos on them.
From 1 May 2025 a permit is no longer required to ride in these woodlands. A horse riding membership can be purchased and in doing so, your membership helps us care for the locations you enjoy even though permits are no longer needed. There are some large stones and boulders to navigate in places.

Parking
We recommend that you park at Blidworth Lane car park, which has designated horse box parking. The car park is gated, and you can request a loan key when you purchase a membership.
