Carron Crag - steep circular walk with panoramic views
This strenuous walk takes you to the highest point in the forest, marked by a trig point on a rocky outcrop.
The trail follows the stream at the bottom of the valley before climbing up to reach the summit and rewarding views over Coniston Old Man and the central fells.
