Millwood trail at Grizedale
Millwood trail - long loop
The short loop of this pretty walk is pushchair friendly and follows the river before looping back over a small footbridge.
The longer route carries on after the footbridge to climb above the visitor centre which you can look down on from above, before returning via the gate next to the cattlegrid.

Follow yellow markers. Find the start of the trail at the rear of the café, accessed from the visitor centre courtyard.
