Join Alice and her classes at Wendover Woods.
These classes are for all women from teens to any age.
They are about inclusivity; you do not need to have a regular practice to attend or be of a certain level of flexibility or fitness. They are simply about embracing how you are feeling that morning, setting up your day and weekend in the right way, making time for yourself and stretching your body as you connect with nature.
Practicing yoga outdoors offers a multitude of benefits, enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing beyond what's typically experienced in a studio. Some of the benefits include increased vitamin D intake, fresh air, an enhanced sensory experience, increased stress reduction and relaxation, a sense of freedom and spaciousness, improved mental health, and the potential for deep muscle engagement by practising on uneven surfaces
