Through a series of mindful engagements with the nature around us, your 2 guides will hold space for you , so that you can let go of time restraints, come into the now, just be, immerse yourself in these glorious surroundings, and connect with nature on a new and maybe deeper level.

We invite you to come and reset, release the stresses of the world, allowing nature to Nurture you, and have some quality time for you.

Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku, as it is known in Japan, is the gentle art of immersing our senses in the atmosphere of the forest. 

It is a deeply therapeutic method of allowing the natural world back in. 

Through a series of mindful practises we can reclaim our kinship with nature.

Forest Bathing gifts us precious time to rekindle our love, awe and joy for the natural world.
