Share the forest with friends and family during Members’ Week. As a Forestry England member, you can enjoy up to two free friend visits during the week. Simply bring your guest to the Visitor Centre, provide their vehicle registration, and show your membership as proof.
To redeem these offers, please present your Alice Holt Forest or National Forestry England membership card to a member of staff in the Visitor Centre.

Monday 12 October, 9.30am until 11.30am
Join us in the cafe for a relaxed morning with fellow Forestry England members. Meet like-minded people, share your Forestry England story, discover what membership means to others, and celebrate the important role members play in caring for our nation's forests. Whether you've been a member for years or have recently joined, we'd love to hear your story.
Free Ranger Led Walks
Tuesday 13 October 10am | Friday 16 October 10am
Join our Rangers for an exclusive Members' Week guided walk and discover more about the wildlife, history and day-to-day management of Alice Holt Forest. Learn about the work that goes into caring for the forest, from conservation and habitat management to welcoming visitors and protecting this special place for future generations. The walk will cover approximately 3km at a gentle pace and is suitable for most abilities. Please meet outside the Visitor Centre before the walk begins.
Being a member gives me easy access through all seasons of the year and at the same time helps to support something which gives me a lot of enjoyment and supports my own mental wellbeing.
