With a variety of trees, beautiful scenery and gravel paths, Dawlish Waterworks provides the perfect setting for an adventure. Keep your eyes and ears sharp as there are lots of opportunities for nature watching.

Just five minutes from both the A38 and A380, Mamhead is a perfect sanctuary for a dog walk, family stroll, or just to enjoy some peace. 

Make up your own route or choose from two waymarked walks to be rewarded with breathtaking views over the Exe estuary and along to the Jurassic Coast.

Part of Haldon Forest, Chalet has a range of forest paths for you to explore. Enjoy mixed habitats of gorse and heath among the conifer and broadleaf trees.

Chalet is part of the Haldon Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to the diversity of plant and animal life here. Bring your binoculars and see what you can spot.
