Step into the shadows this Halloween as the spectacular illuminated trail returns to Moors Valley Country Park and Forest. This year it’s even more thrilling with brand-new installations that will turn the forest into a spine-tingling, spooky setting.
As dusk falls and darkness creeps in, you can wander the glowing paths and uncover Halloween surprises hidden deep in the woods. Be warned… the darker it gets to spookier it becomes.
If you’re searching for a fun Halloween experience with your family and friends this is the perfect event! It’s taking place during the October half-term, meaning that your kids can dress-up in their favourite spooky costumes and you can give them a memorable experience during their time off.
Dogs are welcome too, so your furry friends can join in on all the fang-tastic fun!
Limited capacity with timed entry. Plan now to secure the date and time of your choice.
Take a break from the thrills and warm up with devilishly delicious snacks. From bewitched burgers to freaky fries, there’s something for every monster in your crew. Sip on a wickedly good hot toddy or indulge in a decadent hot chocolate as you soak up the spooky atmosphere.*
*separate charges apply
The trail remains the same at all times of day. Younger visitors may prefer to experience the trail with the spooky surprises in plain sight, whilst those hardier guests may only need the moonlight. Whatever time you visit, the trail is suitable for guests of all ages.

This session is for adults and young people who would love to experience Halloween at Moors Valley without the usual high volumes of people. The session will begin in daylight before the illuminated trail opens to the public, making the transition into the dark much easier. This session will be held at 4pm on Monday 27 October.
The capacity of this session will be limited to ensure that the trail remains less crowded and more relaxed.
